Booking policy

Please be informed that the prices are indicative. Your booking is only valid if it has been confirmed by us in some form (e.g., email, phone).
If the booking does not suit you and you wish to cancel, you can notify us via email or phone!
If, for some reason, you cannot appear at the location at the reserved time, please notify us in a timely manner! Considering that rescheduling takes time, cancellation/modification of the appointment is free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone), taking into account our opening hours. If you cancel your booking/not appear in a way not specified above, you will be required to pay 30% of the service amount in the booking.
We handle your data confidentially and do not pass it on to third parties!
